This includes the defining of metrics by which we'll monitor and assess technical and business performance of the service. We also ensure our teams are closely aligned to your own, which can involve co-working in our Leeds, London or Manchester offices, if appropriate. The result is consistent delivery of maintainable, extensible and performant services.
