This week we’ve been celebrating International Women’s Day (IWD), and the brilliant women that we’re proud to call colleagues, mentors, and inspirations.
The theme for IWD 2021 is #ChooseToChallenge, encouraging everyone to call out gender bias and inequality where we see it, helping to create a more inclusive world.
Through our involvement with the Women in Tech network, we are committed to helping to build a strong community to support, mentor and promote leadership and careers for women in technology. The network runs events and shares guidance to inspire and support women to achieve more, reach higher and achieve their full potential.
In our short videos, we asked some of our people to share how they choose to challenge stereotypes and inequalities that often prevent women from achieving their professional and personal goals, what they’d tell their younger self, and their thoughts on the future for women.
