Women in Tech Breakfast @ Leeds Digital Festival

The future of women in the workforce

Wednesday 26 April • 08:30 to 10:30 (BST) • Leeds

After launching our popular Women in Tech (WiT) Breakfast series during last year’s Leeds Digital Festival, we’re pleased to be hosting a very special event on 26 April.

The topic of our next WiT breakfast event is The Future of Women in the Workforce. You’ll have the opportunity to hear from our keynote speaker, Sophie Williams on leadership and the glass cliff. You’ll also hear from a fantastic panel of passionate people* who will share their experiences, advice, and action on the following topics:

  • Inclusivity
  • Intersectionality
  • Leadership
  • Gender parity
  • Allyship
  • Parenthood

We believe it’s essential to listen and learn from the experiences of women with different perspectives and backgrounds. Embracing a culture of knowledge building is important to us and we want to share this passion with people from across the Leeds community.

This will be a relaxed and informal networking event that will empower and inform you on the actionable steps you can make towards fostering an equitable workforce.

*The names of our panellists will be revealed in the coming days.
